Exchange and return of goods
According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994,
vitamins, dietary supplements and orthopedic products are included in the list of goods of proper quality that are not subject to exchange or return.
This is due to safety, hygiene requirements and the impossibility of re-selling such goods.
Return or replacement is possible only if the product:
has a manufacturing defect;
is damaged;
has damaged packaging;
does not correspond to the description or order.
In such cases, please contact the support service within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
