Okuvayt Lutein Forte is a dietary supplement containing vitamins, minerals and carotenoids. It is recommended as a biologically active food supplement, which is a source of carotenoids (lutein, zeaxanthin) and vitamins C, E, zinc and selenium.
This supplement has been proven to increase the optical density of the macular pigment (OSCHMP), improve visual acuity and prevent age-related eye diseases.
Vitamins are recommended for children from 12 years of age.
Composition of 1 tablet:
Lutein - 6 mg. Protects the retina from excessively bright light.
Zeaxanthin - 0.5 mg. Protects cells from damage caused by light, stimulates the destruction of lipofuscin.
Vitamin C - 60 mg. One of the main antioxidants necessary for humans. Regulates redox processes, carbohydrate metabolism, blood clotting, participates in the restoration of visual pigments, reduces intraocular pressure and the risk of glaucoma.
Vitamin E - 8.8 mg. A biological antioxidant that reduces the activity of free radicals and prevents their formation. Helps solve the problem of vascular fragility and permeability. Used to prevent cataracts.
Zinc - 5 mg. Provides antioxidant protection of cell membranes. Protects eyes from the negative effects of ultraviolet and bright light. Slows down age-related changes in the retina. Zinc deficiency can lead to a decrease in the quality of color perception and the development of cataracts.
Selenium - 20 mcg. A powerful antioxidant that protects cells from the toxic effects of peroxide radicals.
How to take Ocuvite Lutein Forte eye vitamins? Adults are recommended to take one tablet once a day with meals.
